Job Title: Cybersecurity Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise network, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and lead the implementation of architectural strategies that align with business goals and support growth.
  • Ensure our technology delights staff and minimizes friction associated with security.
  • Collaborate with architecture team members to shape technological vision and integrate it into broader business strategy.
  • Deeply understand diverse user personas across company and design controls and frameworks that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Detailed understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies, and networking technologies.
  • Security technology and controls, ideally in cloud-native, technology product context, including endpoint security, cloud-security posture management, detection and response automation, and GRC automation.
  • Workforce identity and access management technologies, including Access Management, User Access Reviews, Privileged Access Management, automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Cloud technologies.
  • Software architecture patterns.
