Unlock your potential and make a difference in people's lives as a Customer Engagement Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, encouraging them to take the first step towards better hearing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers in our stores, approaching and talking to them about our services
- Collaborate with our store team to achieve targets and drive lead generation daily
- Support our Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) in scheduling and following up on appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Encourage customers to check their hearing health using our 5-minute touch screen test
- Explain hearing results and recommend next steps to customers
- Build rapport with new and enhance relationships with existing customers
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager

Requirements:

- An outgoing and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Availability to work on a casual, on-call basis
- Willingness to travel as required
