Effective hearing health is crucial for living life at full volume. As a Customer Screening Officer, you will play a vital role in encouraging customers to take control of their hearing well-being by offering free hearing assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive daily lead generation by approaching and engaging with potential customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve targets and expand store traffic
  • Schedule and follow up on appointments for potential customers, supporting the Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist)
  • Complete operational processes daily and develop strategies to increase customer leads and optimize profitability
Requirements:
  • An outgoing and motivated personality comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers daily
  • Previous experience in meeting and exceeding business targets, with strong listening and communication skills
  • Availability to work part-time retail hours (20-25 hours per week) on a rotating roster
  • Willingness to travel as required
