Health and Fitness Ambassador Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Fitness Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand and image within the community, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual who can help us grow our member-base and revenue within the business. As a Health and Fitness Ambassador, you will be working closely with the Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New membership sales
  • Sales calls and constant member contact via sales systems
  • Achieving monthly KPIs
  • Proactively seeking new membership opportunities
  • Promoting the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the community
  • Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients
  • General Administration skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness

Work Arrangements:

  • Casual hours will include but not limited to Mon - Thurs 3pm-7:30pm, Fri 2pm - 6pm and must be available to work SATURDAY.

About the Role:

  • Job Type: Casual
  • Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
