Job Description
">As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences through their hearing journey. You will conduct standardized hearing evaluations, provide high-standard client care, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
">About the Role
">We are seeking a part-time, permanent Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our growing team in Sidney, BC. Our teams typically work 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday in-centre.
">Key Responsibilities

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations">
- Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations to clients">
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended">
- Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program. You must also be a registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience. An excellent communicator who can establish a professional rapport with clients and team members is essential.
