We have exciting opportunities for customer service/admin professionals to work in our clinics across New South Wales, providing general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics. You will play an important role within our business, providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.

As a Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics. You will also learn and competently use a range of software and applications, and have the opportunity to grow and develop in your role and beyond.

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.
