Marketing Strategist for Onboarding

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead our onboarding efforts and develop comprehensive strategies to address customer acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across timezones and functions, with a proven track record of crafting compelling messaging that connects and converts target customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into customer onboarding experiences to inform positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product planning.
  • Collaborate with product and GTM teams to identify opportunities in the signup and first 90 days of a new customer's experience.
  • Identify and implement cross-functional merchandising opportunities pre-signup to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain customer-centric value propositions and ready-to-use messaging for target customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in product marketing or related roles.
  • Experience working across timezones and functions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
