Brand Strategy And Propositions Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to join our team.

As a key member of our brand strategy and proposition development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of compelling brand propositions that differentiate our portfolio of brands.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape brand positioning, develop and implement effective brand strategies, and nurture existing brands to drive growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and shape key brand propositions
  • Reviewing and analyzing brand health metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Partnering with stakeholders to build and maintain strong brand narratives and communications
  • Managing the sourcing, maintenance, and sharing of strategically relevant proof points that support core propositions
  • Working with the marketing calendar planning team to ensure evolving objectives are shaped into priority messages that inform calendar activity
