Business Growth Lead

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives across various segments in the construction industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Growing customer and project share by focusing on long-term loyalty and strategic partnerships.
  • Expanding market share through targeted sales strategies and account management.
  • Identifying new opportunities in high-rise, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline with developers, commercial clients, and apartment builders.
  • Ensuring smooth handover and conversion of specified projects into sales.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to gather and share market insights.
  • Targeting and growing opportunities for innovative building systems within the segment.
  • Buidling strong relationships with key customers and internal divisions.
  • Developing and executing growth plans with key accounts to increase share of wallet across the product portfolio.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity, including pricing, market strategies, and support agreements.

Key Qualifications:
