Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue targets by cultivating strategic partnerships and driving pipeline growth.
  • Own a defined sales territory and partner portfolio, ensuring accountability for pipeline performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify, qualify, and accelerate sales-ready marketing qualified leads from our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for partners and their customers' ecosystem, fostering strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Share actionable feedback with Product and Marketing to inform the roadmap and drive business success.
  • Lead qualification calls, expertly unpacking complex business pain points, and collaborate with partners to develop well-articulated solutions and close plans.
  • Leverage HubSpot & M365 tools to track activity, manage deals, and drive data-driven insights that inform your approach.
The Opportunity:

In this Sales Partner Manager role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of key partners to accelerate growth and modernize how SMBs operate.

You'll lead early conversations, qualify inbound interest, and co-sell with partners to turn opportunities into wins.

As the front line of our organization, you'll harness CRM tools, data insights, and automation to identify opportunities and drive smart, scalable growth.

Partnering with presales and marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud ERP in ANZ.
