Parcel Delivery Expertise

JLL is seeking a strategic partner to drive the expansion of our parcel locker network across Australia.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging key stakeholders, coordinating lease documentation, and conducting market analysis to inform strategic leasing decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience in transaction management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysis
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private sectors
  • Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams
  • Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners
Qualifications:
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
