Transaction Manager
">About This Role:This role is responsible for driving network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors
- Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established KPIs
- Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions
- Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners
- Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implementation of new parcel lockers
- Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting
- Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in partnership development. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of the property and logistics industries.
