We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of parcel delivery across Australia, you will be responsible for driving network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by identifying and engaging key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors.
  • Coordinate contract documentation with legal teams to meet established performance targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners to drive transactional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to implement new parcel lockers and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage CRM platforms and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills are essential.
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills are necessary.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software is expected.
