We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the expansion of our parcel locker network. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction management and leasing, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth through innovative partnerships.

As a Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of parcel delivery across Australia. You will work closely with key stakeholders and commercial partners to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors
  • Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams
  • Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implement new parcel lockers
  • Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams
