Job Title:

A Parcel Delivery Expert is needed to drive the expansion of parcel lockers across Australia.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and driving strategic partnerships to achieve transactional excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for network expansion through partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors
  • Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends and conduct due diligence to inform leasing decisions
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implement new parcel lockers
  • Manage a CRM system and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting
  • Transform data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Monitor market dynamics and identify expansion opportunities

Key Requirements:

  • Holding a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams
  • Proficiency in project management software
