Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Services Director to lead our team in the Wingham, Mid North Coast region. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and have a proven track record of driving services that yield positive outcomes for clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with excellent people management skills, business acumen, and strategic vision to drive results that meet financial goals while fostering a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive clinical services to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with national aged care standards and infection control procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to the Residential Service Manager and team members
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial objectives
  • Foster a culture of service excellence through employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Prior experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred) in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
  • Intermediate proficiency in software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain)
