Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including Aged Care Quality Standards

As a Clinical Director of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. You will have excellent leadership skills, strong clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in nursing or a related field (desired)
  • At least 5 years' experience in aged care, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Strong understanding of aged care policies and procedures, including Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
