The Senior Clinical Services Director is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, responsible for driving the development and implementation of clinical services that yield positive outcomes for clients. This role demands exceptional leadership qualities, people management experience, and business acumen to drive results, foster a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with national aged care standards and infection control protocols.
  • Provide crucial support to the Residential Service Manager through leadership qualities and business acumen.
  • Drive results to meet financial goals and foster a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position.
  • Intermediate experience using software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A First Aid Certificate.
  • A current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willingness to obtain).
