Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Service Director to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving positive outcomes for our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with national aged care standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements. You will also provide leadership support to the Residential Service Manager, leveraging your leadership qualities, people management experience, and business acumen to drive results and foster a culture of employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:- Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
- Intermediate experience using software programs such as AutumnCare, along with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- First Aid Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain)
- Strong clinical experience
- Leadership qualities
- People management experience
- Business acumen
- Ability to drive results and foster a culture of employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork
