About the Role

The SRC Dental Case Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for the front office management of our dental services. This includes coordinating patient appointments, managing dental training and scheduling, and ensuring the accurate registration of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dental error reports and ensure timely corrections
  • Enforce the use of dental application for scheduling and DHAT coding
  • Coordinate dental ports, adding and removing maintenance as needed
  • Provide case management support and care coordination to clients and their families
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up for patients on recall lists, treatment plans, and those due for preventive or routine exams
Requirements
  • Ability to assume responsibility, meet deadlines, and follow schedules with minimal supervision
  • Yup'ik/English bilingual preferred
  • Dental anatomy, basic dental instrumentation, basic dental assisting, and customer service skills
