Offender Education Specialist

This role is responsible for conducting assessments and developing education plans to support offender learning and employability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate offenders and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver education and vocational training programs;
- Conduct assessments and develop plans to inform offender education and employment goals;
- Provide regular reports on offender learning progress and achievement;
- Participate in centre-based activities to support the delivery of offender education and vocational training programs;
- Maintain related administrative duties, including recording offender participation and progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Demonstrated adaptability and analytical problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with offender management systems and processes;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
