Job Title: Operational Risk Senior Analyst/Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Specialist to support our risk management team in enhancing operational risk awareness and culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance controls end-to-end.
- Conduct thorough investigations and implement recommendations to promote continuous improvement and operational resilience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk, or Client Onboarding/Refresh.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and grasp complex concepts.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across different seniority levels.
