We are seeking a senior risk management professional to join our team. This role will provide expert advice on end-to-end risks and controls environment, support and facilitate the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses.

Your Role

  • Provide expert advice on end-to-end risks and controls environment
  • Support and facilitate the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses
  • Partner with various groups to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all processes to proactively manage operational risks

Requirements

  • 3+ years' work experience in non-financial risk management, ideally with experience in financial markets
  • Previous experience in trading, compliance, and surveillance aligned to trading will also be considered
  • A continuous improvement mindset and comfort in interpreting and balancing commercial issues within a risk framework
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence
