Operational Risk Manager / Senior Manager

This is a senior-level role within our Financial Markets group. We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing operational risks, with a strong understanding of the complexities of financial markets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team that supports the business globally. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to foster a robust operational risk culture and drive continuous improvement in processes and controls across the business.

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

  • Provide expert advice on risk management best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Non-Financial Risk Management or Assurance supporting a Financial Markets business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to interpret and balance commercial issues within a risk framework.
