Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management, ideally with expertise in financial markets
  • Previous experience in trading, compliance, and surveillance related to trading will also be considered
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to interpret and balance commercial issues within a risk framework
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence discussions on emerging issues
