Job Description: Compliance Administrator Assistant

Challenger Services Group is a leading provider of essential service solutions, operating across all states and territories. We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator Assistant to support our national workforce with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain records of subcontractor compliance documents, licenses, and insurances.
  • Schedule and record induction training for subcontractor staff across multiple sites.
  • Ensure subcontractor staff details are uploaded and maintained across client platforms.
  • Keep internal systems and registers up-to-date with consistency.
  • Format and edit Microsoft documents to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Requirements:

  • A certificate or diploma in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • At least one year's experience in administration, compliance, or operations support.
  • A strong understanding of documentation processes and compliance requirements.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to write and speak effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating client portals and internal systems.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
