Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our operational activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement effective risk management strategies and ensure that our business remains complaint throughout the entire lifecycle.

  1. Conduct regular compliance reviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all business operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  4. Investigate any instances of non-compliance and take corrective action as necessary.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
