Our company is a leading provider of compliance solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Compliance Framework Specialist. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Description

The Compliance Framework Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for ongoing monitoring and updates of our Obligations Management Register. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document obligations and controls, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to deliver training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement processes for ongoing monitoring and updates of the Obligations Management Register
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training and support
  • Develop critical documentation to ensure the register's effectiveness and sustainability

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in audit, assurance, operational risk, and/or compliance
  • Knowledge and demonstratable experience within Financial Services
  • Front office or Line 1 Risk experience is highly regarded
