  • Risk Identification and Control: Conduct assessments, implement controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Audits and Reviews: Regularly audit data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change through effective communication and training.
  • Process Design and Delivery: Drive process design, support documentation, and training development.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on laws, provide guidance, and ensure compliance.
  • Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure accurate tax calculation, timely remittance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, familiarity with Single Touch Payroll reporting, and experience working with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
