Job Title: Key Leader for Global Brand Growth

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead the growth of a premium spirits brand. This role involves leading the strategic direction, marketing execution, and team management for the brand in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the brand's positioning across RTD, Flavours, and Super Premium segments.
  • Direct a high-performing team of brand and activation managers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with sales and channel teams to activate marketing strategies seamlessly across all touchpoints.
  • Manage campaign execution in partnership with creative, media, experiential, and digital agencies.
  • Provide commercial insight, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decisions and optimize spend.
  • Drive innovation and long-term portfolio development in partnership with regional and global teams.
  • Oversee performance tracking, measurement, and continuous improvement of all brand-building activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • 8+ years in brand strategy and category growth roles, including at least 5+ years in leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience developing and executing large-scale brand plans within FMCG or premium brand environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Local market experience and activation knowledge.
