Job Summary

The Head of Christian Development department plays a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and educational experience for students.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Experience: Proven track record of teaching Christian Development and Stage 6 Studies of Religion at the secondary level.
  • Theological Qualifications: Possess a Diploma-level or higher theological qualification, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate enthusiasm for the subject matter and ability to inspire secondary-age students, fostering a love for learning.
  • Flexibility: Showcase adaptability in working with diverse student abilities, creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on recent developments in senior secondary pedagogy and its application to Christian Development, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in teaching practices.
