We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our leadership team as the Deputy Head of Secondary. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Christian leader who is enthusiastic about future-focused wellbeing practices and has a heart for Kingdom Education.
This role presents a unique chance for a visionary leader to make a significant impact on the lives of students. The ideal candidate will have:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Active attendance at their local church.
- A willingness to support the vision of our school community.
- An understanding of child safety principles.
- Demonstrated ability to implement safeguarding policies in a school setting.
The successful candidate will lead the operational management of Years 7-12, oversee student wellbeing initiatives, and ensure alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with school policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Secondary in leading the operational management of Years 7-12.
- Oversee and implement student wellbeing initiatives aligned with the school's purpose.
- Lead the Wellbeing Team to deliver wellbeing and pastoral care services effectively.
- Ensure alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with school policies.
