Christian Development Curriculum Leader

The Head of Department, Christian Development, is a senior leadership role responsible for leading curriculum development and delivery for Christian Development across Years 7-12. This position contributes to the overall mission and values of the institution by implementing the school's vision through staff collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum for Christian Development Years 7-12 and Stage 6 Studies of Religion.
- Collaborate with the Christian Development/Chaplaincy team to support teaching and learning.
- Implement the school's mission and values through curriculum development and staff collaboration.
This role requires an experienced secondary school educator in teaching Christian Development Years 7-12 and Stage 6 Studies of Religion. The ideal candidate will have theological qualifications at a Diploma level or higher and be enthusiastic about their subject matter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with the Christian Development/Chaplaincy team.
Desirable Qualifications:- Previous experience teaching International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025. Flexibility to start Term 1, 2026, may be considered for a suitable candidate.
