The Fragrance Group invites applications for a unique administrative role to join our dynamic HR team, supporting four Accor hotels across Tasmania and Victoria.
Hospitality is a work of heart. This is an incredible opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in Human Resources, with a focus on administration, communication, leadership, and organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Preparation of contracts and other pre-induction duties
- Coordination of the induction and onboarding process for new employees
- Organising employee engagement activities
- Supporting the Talent & Culture team with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
- Assisting with Learning & Development scheduling and recording
- Maintaining staff records, reports, and compliance
- Assistance with Health & Safety and Sustainability (ESG)
