Job DescriptionThis is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive workplace. As a Court Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of the court, ensuring proper recording and monitoring of court proceedings, and providing administrative support to Magistrates.
You will be required to administer and maintain court files, ensure effective case management, and follow procedural guidelines. Additionally, you will need to liaise with Magistrates, court staff, members of the public, the legal profession, and prosecution to ensure orderly and efficient court proceedings.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also require strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Requirements- A minimum of Certificate 3 and 4 in Business Administration or equivalent level of qualification
- Current driver's license
We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of $67,670 - $87,955 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
