We're seeking a skilled Clinical Service Coordinator to join our Hobart team As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our leadership and clinical teams.

Job Summary

This part-time role involves coordinating client appointments, managing our electronic clinic diary, processing payments, and promoting our products and services. You will also be responsible for conducting membership consults, providing administrative support, and answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members.

Requirements
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Police Check

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (admin or medical facility) and possess superior IT skills. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
