Job Summary:

This role involves performing field service work on engines and related components. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
  2. Analyze complex issues and diagnose problems using specialized tools and procedures.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance activities and complete repairs as required.
  4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate with customers as necessary.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Cummins products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Apprentice-trained engine technician or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of engine products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
