Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Cummins. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to breakdown events and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy duty engines and equipment
  • Capture and analyze engine data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Diagnose and repair complex engine faults
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other OEMs to provide comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Represent Cummins at customer sites and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Field service experience and heavy duty engine experience preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong engine diagnostic skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Commitment to workplace safety and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
