Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to breakdown events and provide technical support to customers
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy duty engines
  • Capture engine data and perform diagnostics
  • Repair and replace engine components as needed
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other OEMs to provide comprehensive solutions
  • Represent Cummins at customer sites and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Field service experience and heavy duty engine experience preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong engine diagnostic skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Valid driver's license and good interpersonal and communication skills
