Roster coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services. We are currently seeking an individual to fill this position, requiring them to be available for 2 days a week, with potential for increase.

Key responsibilities include implementing a weekly roster schedule that meets participant requirements and coordinating last-minute adjustments. Additionally, administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation will be necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A valid driver's license and previous experience in shift roster management are highly desirable.

Working from two locations - primarily Toongabbie office and occasionally Blacktown SIL home - candidates must be flexible and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
