Casual Staff Roster Coordinator

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Scheduler - Casual Pool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid work model.

">The Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to site requests for staff and book employees into shifts.
- Collaborate with our Recruitment team to increase the casual pool workforce through screening, interviewing, and running assessment centers.
- Coordinate on-boarding processes, administer new starter packs, issue payroll documentation, and conduct reference checks.
- Be the first point of contact for all casual pool employee queries.
- Facilitate learning and development on site, including developing training plans and conducting training sessions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You may have recently completed an HR degree or have rostering/admin experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Enjoy high levels of inbound/outbound communication, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to work.
- Be a clear and engaging communicator who can deal with lots of people and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
