Job Summary

The successful Bid Manager will lead and manage the bid lifecycle for large-scale projects, serving as the primary point of contact for all bid matters. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continual service improvement through bid debrief sessions and process enhancements.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned bid manager with experience in managing large-scale bids for complex multi-supplier contracts. You will work closely with various business areas to ensure timely and appropriate responses from key functions, develop relevant strategies, and analyse tender documents to determine submission requirements and team responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the bid lifecycle, ensuring timely and compelling proposals.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the bid team.
  • Analyse tender documents to determine submission requirements and team responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a bid plan and schedule to ensure timely and effective proposal delivery.
  • Ensure the quality of all deliverables, including final response documents and presentation materials.

Requirements

  • Previous working experience in a bid management role, preferably in a large-scale or complex multi-supplier contract environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
