Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Development Associate to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities for our Laboratory Services Division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and coordination of client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities
* Chair kick-off, budget, and strategy meetings as appropriate and coordinate the participation of appropriate personnel in the proposal development process
* Prepare budgets for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate budgets and assumptions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Science or Business subject
* Previous professional experience within the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry within the Laboratory environment
* Ability to evaluate RFPs and identify critical issues and questions
* Experience leading clinical protocols
* Excellent numeracy, communication, and organizational skills
