Our organization seeks a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on strategic workforce planning and management.

This role is pivotal in driving best practices within the People and Culture Team, guiding leaders in Fair Work legislation, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will contribute to ongoing development, fostering stakeholder relationships across mining operations, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate:

  • At least 5 years' experience in HR generalist or Business Partner roles.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Human Resources (or related discipline).
  • Strong employee relations skills and experience conducting workplace investigations and managing performance.
  • Supporting annual HR processes and cyclical activities.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Effective partnership with People Leaders, providing guidance and influencing outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building positive working relationships.
  • Previous experience in the mining industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive attitude, commitment to learning, and dedication to working safely.
