Job Summary:

The role of an HR Business Partner is to provide strategic and operational support across the business. This includes acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting workforce planning and performance management
  • Leading and managing complex employee relations matters
  • Oversight of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Driving retention strategies and supporting talent development initiatives
  • Maintaining and enhancing HR systems, records, and policies
  • Providing guidance on performance management and coaching managers

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES, and Industry Awards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
