Senior People and Culture Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team.

The role is a permanent full-time position in our Perth office, reporting to the People & Culture Advisory Manager.

This position requires a trusted advisor who can shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture by offering expert guidance and contributing to initiatives that enhance and support our blended workforce.

  • P&C Advice & Support: Provide expert advice and first-line support to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and blended workforce matters.
  • Workforce Support and Reporting: Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, while assisting with position descriptions, classifications, and remuneration processes.
  • Projects and Organisational Development: Support blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities in collaboration with P&C Partners.

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C functions.

Key Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Generalist HR experience and working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policy frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and industrial instruments.
