Job Description:

As a dedicated and passionate individual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services at our Brisbane hotel. Your primary goal will be to create lasting memories and deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, focusing on providing creative resolutions to complaints and problems, as well as being a true host and local connection for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high levels of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
  • Responding to emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
  • Identifying opportunities to increase returning and new guests
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and has a strong ability to communicate effectively. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to work independently.
