We are seeking individuals who embody our fun, laid-back, and authentic spirit to join our team in Brisbane Airport.

Job Overview

As a key ambassador for our airport, you will be the first face our guests see, helping them with check-in, documentation, flight rebooking, and disruptions. You will also assist unaccompanied kids and guests with disabilities, ensuring their experience is wonderful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help guests with check-in and documentation
  • Rebook flights and provide support during disruptions and cancellations
  • Assist unaccompanied kids and guests with disabilities
  • Perform arrival and departure tasks, including service announcements

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • 3+ years of previous employment in customer-facing roles
  • Transport to and from the airport
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
