Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose tyre/rim/wheel conditions as required and take corrective action.
• Remove and replace rim/wheel to vehicles, and tyres to rim/wheel as needed.
• Perform regular tyre inflation pressure checks, adjust, and report to the Supervisor.
• Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems.
• Initiate actions to prevent equipment non-conformance and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Carry out pre-start checks to ensure equipment is in good working order.

About You

• Certificate II Automotive Tyre Servicing is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Mine Site based heavy tyre fitting is required.
• Previous open cut mining experience in the maintenance of a heavy earthmoving fleet is essential.
• A valid HR driver's licence is required.
• Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times is necessary.
