Business Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to play a critical role in driving strategic business growth across diverse industries. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within various sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including market research, opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Respond to tenders, EOIs, and RFPs, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client needs.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organisations.
  • Work closely with internal departments (operations, commercial, supply chain) to deliver tailored, commercially viable solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM systems.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and site tender meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales or business development experience, ideally in facilities management, accommodation services, or related industries.
  • Proven success securing long-term contracts in competitive environments.
  • Strong understanding of remote site operations and the unique challenges of servicing remote workforces.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build financially sound proposals.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel to remote sites and client offices as required.
